Hello Chest and Back/Ab Ripper X. I just completed the first day of P90X Classic and I can tell all ready I will be sore tomorrow. I have to admit that pull ups and push ups are something I have neglected in my life. I opted to go with the resistance bands over doing the pull ups. The push ups were tough and I will have to continue to improve.
The Core workout provided was a good combination of a lot of stuff I have seen before. Be ready it kicks your butt as well. Day one is now over.
As for the diet portion of the program I struggled a bit today. Its a fight everyday to eat well. I am taking huge steps to stay on top of that.
